The South African Mint Company reserves the right to alter or amend the location, dates and content of the Mint Directors Conference, in which case it will notify all participants as soon as possible.

Sponsors and Exhibitors

The organisers will publicise sponsors and exhibitors on all relevant publicity materials from the date that the confirmation payment is received, and will display the sponsors’ and exhibitors’ logos on printed materials and the event website (with a live link if details are provided).

Conference sponsorships and exhibitor booths will be final and reserved on receipt of full payment. All payments are non-refundable.

The organisers will provide all sponsors and exhibitors with details of recommended suppliers, including (but not limited to) shipping suppliers and stand contractors. It cannot accept any responsibility for any issues arising from the use of suppliers outside of these recommendations.


Conference delegates will pay their fees at the time of booking. Early booking discounts will only apply if payment is made within the period to which the discount applies. Delegates paying their fees at the time of the conference will incur an additional administration fee. No entry will be allowed under any circumstances unless all fees have been paid in full. Social partner fees should also be paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that social partners must not be employed in the industry in order to qualify for the rate. Business partners are not eligible and should be registered as delegates.

Delegate fees will be refunded less a 10% handling charge if a cancellation is received in writing by the organisers six weeks before the start of the event. After this date no refunds will be made. The only exception to this policy is that a full refund will be made if the delegate provides an original document from the competent authorities refusing the delegate a visa or other legally required travel document. Substitutions of delegates from the same organisation can be made at any time by notifying the organisers in writing.

All costs incurred, which are not part of the services offered by the conference organisers or their agents, by sponsors, exhibitors and delegates as a result of their attendance at a conference are the responsibility of the sponsors, exhibitors and delegates and not the South African Mint Company or any associated company.

All attendees agree that their details can be published on the conference delegate list and distributed to all participants.


Payment for all products and services offered can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer (any bank charges are to be paid by the customer). All payments will be in US dollars.


In the event of cancellation, the organisers will endeavour to inform all participants as soon as possible. All event fees paid will be reimbursed in full. The conference organisers will not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
